At my store, we want to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and external factors such as weather or customs processing for international orders.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet our minimum order threshold. The current free shipping minimum is displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only.

4. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Please note:

• International delivery times are typically 7–21 business days depending on the destination.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

6. Shipping Issues

If you experience any of the following, please contact our customer support team:

• Your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe.
• Your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days.
• Your package arrived damaged or with missing items.
• You received the wrong item.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
